Ⅰ. What kind of seal is used for the bottom of the kitchen cabinet?

It is acknowledged that nowadays, the bottom of the kitchen cabinet is generally sealed with aluminum alloy, and then the adjusting foot of 10cm is sealed at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. There are three broad categories of materials for cabinet adjusting feet, namely stainless steel, PP, and ABS. Adjusting feet are used because the ground cannot be horizontal. Generally, the countertop can be leveled after installing the adjusting feet. After the cabinet is installed, install skirting lines on the adjusting feet. This makes the kitchen cabinets look very beautiful, much better than PVC. We have learned that ordinary heat sealing edges are also quite good today. Generally speaking, the kitchen first considers practicality, the appearance of aluminum alloy edging is clearer, and the price is higher. However, there is inevitably a gap where the aluminum alloy edge and the bottom of the door panel are connected, and the aluminum alloy edge sealing is a little more protruding than the bottom of the door panel.

Ⅱ. Tips for cabinet selection.

1. Edge banding

High-quality cabinets have fine and smooth edges, good hand feeling, straight and smooth sealing lines, and fine joints. Professional manufacturers use linear edge banding machines to complete edge banding, end breaking, trimming, chamfering, polishing, and other processes at one time. The glue is evenly applied and the pressure of pressing and sealing is stable to ensure the most accurate size. In the small workshop, the glue is applied with a brush, the edges are manually pressed and sealed, the edges are trimmed with a paper-knife, and the edges are polished with a manual polishing machine. Due to uneven pressure, many places are not firm, and toxic gases such as formaldehyde will evaporate into the air.

2. Punch

Nowadays, panel furniture is assembled by three-in-one connectors. The coordination and precision of the holes will affect the structural firmness of the cabinet. Professional manufacturers use multiple rows of drills to complete a number of holes on the edge and surface of a board at a time. These holes are a positioning datum, and the dimensional accuracy is guaranteed.

3. Cutting Board

The cutting board is the first process of cabinet production. Large-scale specialized enterprises use electronic cutting saws to input the processing size through the computer, and the computer controls the size accuracy of the material selection and can process several boards at a time. The performance of the equipment is stable and the board size accuracy is very high, the tolerance unit is in microns, and there is no chipping at the edge of the board.

4. Door panel

The cabinet door is as important as the human face. Door panels produced by small factories are easily deformed by moisture due to improper substrate and surface processing.

There is still a lot of knowledge about kitchen decoration, and we will slowly share it with you in the future.
